Computer Classroom Application- Expectations

I think that I am really going to enjoy this class. From what I've read in the syllabus, it seems like we are going to get to learn about some really neat software. I hope that I will be able to keep up with the course load because it seems like we have a number of smaller assignments instead of just a few large ones. (I am used to history classes with a mid-term, final and "paper of death.") I am also looking forward to learning from my classmates; it seems like there are a lot of really tech. savvy people in the class. With student teaching only a semester away, I am looking forward to applying what I learn in this class to my own classroom!
